Ciao Green Case Study

Ciao Green is one of the best interior design companies based out of Mumbai and branch offices in more than 7 cities including Bangalore, Ahmedabad etc. They have designed offices for ICICI Home Finance, Adecco Group, Sky Jumpers and many more.

Ciao Green approached IndusVed as they were facing issues in generating relevant leads to their business. They were looking to capture the business from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Udaipur locations.



Revamping the complete website and giving a new look and feel. Ciao Green had to establish its brand presence and reach out to the audience in the new locations. Also, Covid had impacted the overall business badly, so we had to again build the funnel of the leads.


1] Poor User Experience

The previous website was built in old fashion and had a poor UI/UX.


2] Reduced lead flow due to Covid

Due to Covid, the market was down and hence they faced a lot of issues in generating leads.


3] City specific lead generation

Generating relevant leads from specific target locations – Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Udaipur.


Since we wanted to reach out the audience from specific locations therefore we focused on hyper local campaigns. Also, we created campaigns around Covid to engage the audience.
We revamped the website and created landing pages which focused on offices and homes safe from Covid.


1] Revamp Website

A complete new look and feel to the website was designed giving a good user experience.


2] Hyperlocal Campaigns

We targeted the audience for commercial and residential buildings in the specific cities from where we wanted the leads.


3] Covid Campaign

Brand communication was designed around building safe offices and homes.


Ciao Green has made a strong presence in Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Udaipur locations. It had started capturing a major market share from these cities.


Creating a new website and landing page drastically reduced their bounce rate which eventually increased the number of leads. Through specific targeting, the relevancy of commercial and residential leads was very high and let me increase in the final conversion rate.

Ciao Green could see a major hike in its business revenue growth. They initiated multiple projects across the targeted cities and also partnered with big companies for building commercial offices.
